A few questions to atheists

Without just making a single blanket statement, how did the Bible know all this stuff before humans?

Humans wrote the Bible; therefore, your question is nonsensical. Try again.

'You can have all the faith you want in spirits, and the afterlife, and heaven and hell, but when it comes to this world, don't be an idiot. Cause you can tell me you put your faith in God to put you through the day, but when it comes time to cross the road, I know you look both ways.' - Dr House

Are those specific, really? Most of them are terribly general, unconfirmable at the time they were written, or merely common sense. Like this "both man and woman possess the seed of life," thing: do you really think nobody would have noticed that babies happen after sex? Some of them are even just plain wrong: the passage in Isaiah that is played off as calling the earth round actually calls the earth a circle. Circles are two dimensional, and the earth is not.

To be honest, most of these "predictions" are just retrofitting of knowledge found much later into vague passages written to be vague. Where they aren't just generally wrong. Put it this way: without already knowing the information of these supposed predictions ahead of time, would you ever have interpreted those passages to mean that?

You wouldn't, and that's why all the people who read the bible before science discovered these things didn't operate using the knowledge of these predictions.

I'll address just one of the "scientific predictions" of which you speak.

The ship design ratio mentioned in Gen 6 regarding the ark.

It has been demonstrated several times that it is physically impossible to build a wooden ship the size and dimensions of the ark and have it remain seaworthy.

Oddly enough the ancient Chinese were able to build wooden seagoing vessels much larger than the ark. But they were much broader and subsequently able to survive at sea.

It appears then that the Chinese were quite a bit smarter than your supposedly omnipotent god

RE: A few questions to atheists
Mark Chapter 7 Verse 14 onwards:

"And he called the people to him again and said to them, “Hear me, all of you, and understand: 15 There is nothing outside a person that by going into him can defile him, but the things that come out of a person are what defile him.”[e] 17 And when he had entered the house and left the people, his disciples asked him about the parable. 18 And he said to them, “Then are you also without understanding? Do you not see that whatever goes into a person from outside cannot defile him, 19 since it enters not his heart but his stomach, and is expelled?”[f] (Thus he declared all foods clean.) 20 And he said, “What comes out of a person is what defiles him. 21 For from within, out of the heart of man, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, 22 coveting, wickedness, deceit, sensuality, envy, slander, pride, foolishness. 23 All these evil things come from within, and they defile a person.”"

Highlighted to show Jesus' complete lack of knowlege of basic biology.
