A book wouldn't be about a loving God whilst also being evidence that that God was evil. Deliberate mistranslation is deliberate mistranslation. Amusing but futile.

RE: Questions to theists
If God created the universe he is evil based on the things which exist in the universe that he created.
Bible says that he did create the heavens and the earth. Therefore evil.
This is logic. Logic > frodo.

Non believers in this sense are those that reject good. So of course they deserve just punishment.

That's different to those lacking belief, because they aren't rejecting good.

Good can only exist if bad also exists. The universe couldn't function without both. Creation (assumed) was a positive force. Opposing creation is destruction > evil > negative forces.

Therefore God is good.

God is evil according to our perception of events and objects in the dunya. Diseases exist and we have the capability to kill so obviously we view anything not in accordance to our survival as evil.

But you also forget to realize that the god of the Bible is actually in accordance to scripture the bringer of evil. The same applies for the Qur'an

Isiaih 45:7 "I form the light and create darkness, I bring prosperity and create disaster; I, the LORD, do all these things."

Good so he is evil. If I feed 10000 kids and burn one of them alive I would still be evil. God kills much more then 1 to 10000.

Therefore God is good.

Doesn't show that God is good either. Also good can't exist without bad is complete bullshit.

RE: Questions to theists
I think Religion is bullshit to the extent that people bicker and fight because some book said this or that or these people don't believe what I do and if they don't, they will suffer for eternity of wailing and gnashing their teeth.

IF you believe someone, or something, or some angel is looking out for you and hears your petition, and it is not making you bigoted, judgmental, or self-righteous, it can be very healthy, lead to a change of heart, and a better life. I believe some people do have a relationship with a higher power (GOD) but not the Religious fanatics and bigots.

So you are asserting that the Bible is historical? There is plenty of historical framework in the Bible but is purely a mythological work like the Qur'an

When you're doing stuff that enhances life, you're in heaven. When you do stuff that harms you, you're in hell.

Fr0do, I'm actually glad you say this because it's a far more sensible interpretation of the Christian message IMHO. But c'mon, do you really believe this is how most of the New Testament writers interpreted heaven, hell, and salvation...as merely spiritual states that only apply to our presence on Earth?
