It is true that our consciences are formed in a large way by our teaching and experiences. I imagine your conscience allows you to do different things than mine allows me. Your conscience is formed by whatever influences have come to bear on you during your lifetime. My conscience has been formed through the influences on me, such as culture, christian teaching and the presence of the Spirit within me.
Where is it? Inside your kidney? Liver? You might want to get that checked out.
