Although my favorite treat with ice cream in it is a hot fudge brownie fresh out of the oven, with Breyer's French Vanilla.

Rum Raisin.

Black Walnut.

Pistachio.

(in that order)

UNLESS... It's a float, then I like French Vanilla in a Guinness Stout (yes, it's very good)

Whatever flavor (except strawberry) of Blue Bunny is on the store shelf when I'm buying!

Blue Bunny just fucking rocks!

Häagen-Dazs has the best strawberry flavor though, even if their ice cream isn't quite up to blue bunny standards.

Agreed! It's the best store-bought ice cream I've ever had Hungry

My wife and I agree on this, and she, like you, also uses the word "rocks!" to describe Blue Bunny, though she'd omit the expletive because she's a "Good Christian Lady" (code words for she's dirty Wink).

Mint Icecream.

Funny story behind it. I don't like it because of the way it tastes.

I like it because of the meaning behind it.

When my father adopted me, he would always eat Mint Ice Cream it was HIS favorite, and I didn't have a father before that so I wanted to be just like him so I ate it too.

I like the ice cream because it was something I could say I had in common with my father.

Nothing to do with taste, taste can be acquired or destroyed. But a connection like that, lasts until you fade away.

Mint ice cream reminds me of my father and I, before he got sick, back when things were okay.

Back before he broke his back, lost his job (broke his back), and we went poor.

every time we ate it, we were laughing

Mango, watermelon, rockmelon, paw paw, mixed berry, chocolate chip cookie, hokey pokey, jelly and custard, but the best of all is vanilla made with buttermilk and real vanilla beans.

Couple of years ago I was trying to capture the flavour of Cherry Ripe.
My dish was 1 coconut ice cream scoop and one rose essence icecream scoop, both laced with a slight milk chocolate flavour, covered with dark chocolate shards.

Another idea I had was the ice cream taco.
The shell would be brandy snap.
Then chocolate for the mince, strawberry for tomato, lime for lettuce and grated white chocolate for cheese.

I love ice cream. :-)

Friend of mine just suggested lemon myrtle and pastachio. Yum.
