"Is everything temporarily according to atheists? "
It's a Freudian slip.

I'm glad you said that - I thought it was just me for a moment.

KoG: there is no “according to atheists“. You're ascribing to us beliefs we don't necessarily hold, without first asking if we do. That's just rude.

No, just asking bro.

This is true. Forgiveness is not guaranteed with anyone. Fortunately most Humans will forgive you without expecting you to dedicate your life to them.

Then since you have been given answers - inasmuch as the question allowed for them, given its nonsensical phrasing - does that satisfy you?

Or is there a punchline coming up?
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

If you eat taco bell, having the shits afterwards is only temporary. But it's so worth it.

Salvation? I don't needs no steenking salvation.
I'm not guilty of something some remote ancestor did.
And even if I did, I wouldn't want to abuse a whipping boy to get it.

The idea of punishing generation after generation after generation after generation for something that some ancient ancestor did is pretty much the silliest thing ever.

But fear not, the one true god made of meatballs and spaghetti would never do that. FSM Grin He also has bigger balls than yahweh. All hail the flying spaghetti monster!

I'm not sure where punishing someone for something another person did fits into the absolute justice that Yahweh is supposed to have. You'd think that would be the easiest thing to prove incorrect. Someone else insulted me, so I'm going to punch you in the face. Is that ok? Also I'm going to hurt this child because his dad wronged me in some way. Surely these are things any rational person would do.
