I'm just learning the very basics of astronomy, and I love it.
An astrophysicist, huh? Waaay over my head, but look forward to reading your posts.
Welcome!
Thank you for the welcome. I love Astronomy, have since I was very little. It has always been my dream to understand as much as I can. Religion got in the way for a while there, but how I am free to think and reason as I am lead by the facts and science. I have been on the science forums. Some very good questions begin asked and very good ongoing discussions.
I am so excited to be among those who think and reason. Being in the Bible belt, I feel that everyone around me is religious and thus prevented from really exploring the world in front of them.

Welcome.
-I am looking forward to meeting many other free thinkers and engage in intellectual discussions.
I have one potentially hard dilemma right now. What is better: mustard or ketchup?
Mustard, full stop.
