Not really. Occasionally someone at the door will respond with a snide comment when I tell them I have no interest in the Watchtower because I'm atheist. Occasionally someone on this forum will threaten me with hell fire or judgement day. But neither of these things is very threatening.
I have on more than one occasion told an acquaintance I don't believe in god only to have them come back a few days later to ask if I'm an atheist. Somehow disbelief is okay, but the word atheist bothers them.

I'm an atheist living in fucking Oklahoma. Of course. I have been threatened with assault. My car has been keyed. My tires have been slashed. One of my coworkers at my old job made it her mission to get me fired.
I learn to deal with it.

These kind of acts make me feel repulsed at humans. I'm glad my country created an atheist association, not that I'm a part of it, but they'll protect my rights if I need. The fact atheists are so criticized is something I've noticed makes us united despite only having the lack of belief in deities in common. If we look at it, we are more united and connected trough a forum that people with different religions in real life.

A pedophile??? Hmmmmm...... well the individual who is harassing you deserves neither your time or any effort of a response due to the glaring idiocy of his remarks. People such as the person you've identified are not truly grounded in their "isms" if they make such insipid remarks to you because you choose reason over superstition. This is a threat to such people and their beliefs. I don't make it a point to argue or divulge anything about my reasoning or beliefs. It's a waste of time and you might want to steer this buffoon to some of the dirt on his side of the street if you feel like you need to respond to his remarks. I do know, without a doubt, that pedophiles exist in the Catholic church and The "Reverend" Ted Haggard whipped his willy in front of a twenty year old man and was "defrocked" from his church. You could start there if you like.

Not really, but no one ever asks about my religious beliefs. So i guess the harass may be still in my future

I've run into this with my dad. He knows I don't believe at all and he's fine with that. Tell him I'm an atheist and he'll go bug shit! 
I think it goes back to the bullshit the christers keep pulling that all atheists claim there is no god.
Still, it's better than my step-moms views. She calls everyone who's not a christer, theist or not, atheists. I like the woman, especially since dad would have pined away into an early grave without her, but she's bat-shit crazy!
