Welcome back, hopes all's well.

Not just that, if your camera makes a noise before it takes the picture that helps and if your sensitive to light you can just point your eyes toward the brightness of the flash. Also you can just take 27 pictures and have a friend tell you which one is looking at the camera.

There's also an app to take a selfie with the higher resolution main camera instead of the selfie thing by giving audio instructions: http://www.addictivetips.com/android/aud...ar-camera/
Chances are there are better options suited specifically for blind people.

Edit: I went on and tried to find one, but instead I found this:

Quote:Have you ever heard colors? Heard shapes? Using the EyeMusic you can experience the visual world without even opening your eyes. With your ears open and your eyes closed join us for a trip around the brain and let us teach you how the world can be experienced with your mind's eye.

Could be interesting.

That's just confirmation bias-- we tend to seek out and more readily accept information that supports what we already believe, and we are likely to avoid or more readily reject information that contradicts what we believe. And pretty much by definition, it means that we're pretty sure it's something that everyone else but we are afflicted with.

Welcome back, Drich. Hope all is well.
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

Welcome back Drich.

Are you insightful enough to see that you have the same bad habits as everybody else?

Congratulations on having them change their url, that's impressive. When I trolled in my younger days, with stupidity, I couldn't ever get anyone to do that!

Welcome back, Drich, I had wondered to where you'd gone off.

It doesn't offend us to call us good, so if it's for our sake, no need for the scare quotes. If it's to point out that we're not actually good, I'd say that's not very classy, and arguably unChristian.

Good for you! I'm glad you got something out of your experiences.

It is what they believe not how they believe.

That sounds like an interesting observation. I'm interested in learning what you mean by it.

Have you heard the story about the traveler who asked the local what the people in the area are like?

So I took a few weeks of and made my way back here.

We're not quick to ban. It's not how much you disagree with us that gets you banned around here, just whether you follow the rules or not, and you've done a middling job of doing so here. I hope you find your visit productive.

I am curious about something Drich. Did God send you here to try and convert us or are you here to entertain yourself?

That could catch on.

Welcome back. If you and the missus aren't doing anything we're having a little ongoing party on the deck of reverino's ark. Lots of fun, but be sure to bring the missus. Losty could use the help.

I know. It isn't like our souls are just going to save themselves. Undecided

A selfie is the case where I'd expect a blind person to be able to 'look into' the camera lens. They're usually, perhaps by definition, done with the camera in one of the picture-takers own hands. I believe I could paint eyes on my eyelids, close my eyes, and take a pic where my 'eyes' would appear to be looking into the camera lens.

I may be too trusting...but maybe you're too suspicious....

I'm not trying to challenge you, but that's a pretty broad brush which describes a lot of Christian sects. By cults, are you refering to Jehovas Witnesses, Mormons, Christian Science, and such?

Wait'll you find out what Drich believes....

How are you defining fringe Christians and radical beliefs?

I always think of JW's, Mormons, Christian scientists, snake kissers, tongue speakers, zombie followers, sycophants and that sort.

And here I though we might not agree on anything. (Wait. Are you baiting me?)
