Ferguson: too much or not enough?
RE: Ferguson: too much or not enough?
It should not be relevant. I know what you were saying, but I am saying this should never be relevant. If I punched you in the face and then a week later I discovered that you stole my beef jerky before I punched you that does not justify my having punched you.

Let's say Brown killed an entire class of kindergarteners 20 minutes before being shot 6 times for not moving to the sidewalk. The person who shot him would still be a murderer. Just because someone may or may not have committed a crime doesn't mean the police can kill them for jay walking.

Another witness comes forward.

http://www.kmov.com/special-coverage-001...39501.html

Quote:According to Mitchell, Brown, Jr, began to run away after the first shot was fired.

“After the shot, the kid just breaks away. The cop follows him, kept shooting, the kid’s body jerked as if he was hit. After his body jerked he turns around, puts his hands up, and the cop continues to walk up on him and continues to shoot until he goes all the way down,” Mitchell said.

How long until the character assassination of this witness begins?

I agree. But apparently, & I don't know if it's this way in every state or Missouri is just extra special, the prosecutor controls nearly all aspects of what gets shown or told to the Grand Jury.

Also, & this is just in Missouri, the cop's statements are considered valid evidence for the same cop's defense. All he has to say is he was afraid for his life, no evidence of that needed, even if it flies in the face of logic or the rest of the situation.

The DOJ & FBI getting off their ass & doing something is basically Brown's parents only shot at justice.

As the saying goes, a prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich if he wants.

He also apparently can pass off "baloney on white w/ mayo" if he wants.

She's not a new witness, she's one of the original witnesses who's been proven a liar by the physical evidence of the autopsy.

(August 20, 2014 at 8:40 pm)Brakeman Wrote: Dorian Johnson - accomplice of Brown:

1. cop curses at them to get out of road.
2. cop tries to open door and hits brown.
3. cop grabs Brown by the neck through the window of squad car and shoot brown.
4. Brown breaks free and runs away from cop.
5. Cop exits vehicle and shoots several shots at a fleeing brown.
6. Brown stops and turns around with his hands in the air.
7. Policeman fires several more shots dropping and killing Brown.

Tiffany Mitchell:

1. Brown was pushing and struggling to get away from cop holding him inside through the car window.
2. A shot fired and Brown ran down the street away from the cop.
3. cop shoots at fleeing Brown and she sees Brown flinch as he is hit from the rear.
4. Brown stops running and raises his hands in surrender but the cop shoots him with his hands in the air until he falls to the ground.

Piaget Crenshaw:

1. saw Brown running away from cop.
2. Brown stops and raises arm to show compliance and no weapons, turns toward the cop.
3. cop shoots twice more and kills him.

Emmanuel Freeman:

1. Brown was shot in a hail of bullets while running away.

Anonymous store visitor:

1. heard gunshot, saw Brown staggering away.
2. Brown turned with hands up screaming "ok ok"
3. cop shoots Brown six or seven times.

Overheard Youtube video witness:
1. Brown went to police vehicle.
2. Brown ran from police vehicle.
3. Cop exits vehicle and follows Brown.
4. Brown stops and runs at cop.
5. Cop shoots Brown.

COP's friend Josie (Claimed from cop):

1. Cop orders Brown and friend to curb.
2. Cop sees cigars and connects them to the robbery.
3. Cop backs up and tries to get out of car but Michael slams the door on him.
4. cop opens door but Michael rushes him and attacks him inside the vehicle.
5. Michael punches the cop and grabs for the cop's gun.
6. Cop pushes the gun away from pointing at his hip when the gun goes off inside the car.
7. Micheal runs and gets about 35 feet away when cop gets up and yells "freeze!"
8. Michael taunts the cop.
9. Michael rushes the cop.
10. cop fires at the approaching Michael Brown.
11. Cop drops him with shot that hit the top of his head as brown fell within two or three feet of the cop.
http://nypost.com/2014/08/19/witnesses-s...-shooting/

What the preliminary autopsy evidence says:

1. four arm shots, all easily survivable, all from forward entry.
2. two head shots, one superficial through the brow and cheek, one kill shot to the top of the head. Both head shots were from a bent forward direction.
3. no impacts from the rear.

The Autopsy evidence brands Johnson, Mitchell, Crenshaw, Freeman, and the store visitor as liars as Brown was not shot from the rear while running away, and Brown was not shot in the body to match the dropping from a standing position, as described with his hands up. Both of the head shots were in a position of a charging man.

The overheard youtube video witness and the cop's as relayed from the friend do match with the autopsy evidence.

The lying witnesses are attempting to smear a white cop, with dangerous racist verve very similar to what one would expect from a KKK skinhead.
Why are you not outraged at their racism?

Yeah.. and bullets follow straight paths everywhere but in the closed mind.
Sorry if the facts get in the way of your white cop lynching.

I only see one body on the ground, Brakes.

Too bad you can't see it. Jay walking is not a capital crime, no matter how racist the cop is.

I don't like the KKK I think they are racist. I don't think them showing up in support of the officer was doing him any favors. I don't recall ever saying the officer himself was a racist. He is a murderer though. You don't kill people for jay walking. You don't even kill people for resisting arrest. If this kid didn't have a gun, I can't think of any acceptable reason to kill him. The fact that he may have committed a crime before he was murdered changes nothing. It doesn't matter if it's about race or not. Not to me at least. It matters that a police officer, sworn to serve and protect citizens, murdered a kid.

Really?? You sound like you think the cop just up and decided to pop a black boy in the middle of the street.

That's very dishonest. The cop surely didn't want to shoot the boy, as far as we hear, the cop was a very nice fellow. His job is to maintain order and enforce the law and if Michael Brown had followed his lawful order to exit the middle of the street and not attack the cop, none of this would have happened.

Michael brown alone was responsible for his fate. He attacked a policemen whose job requires him to protect himself and maintain control of his weapon. No reliable evidence has shown that the policeman did anything that he wasn't trained to do by the State of Missouri.

If you and Min think it is unconscionable for a cop to shoot an unarmed 6'4" ~300lb man who is attacking him, then blame the state that trained him to shoot in that situation. As far as I'm aware, all police are trained to do exactly the same.
