First let me say that I am no expert in human biology or evolution but I came across this website that tries to explain why people were living to be 900 years old in the bible and now we struggle to reach 100

Indeed. But we can look down our noses at our Christer brethren and wonder why their faith is so defective that they themselves don't enjoy Methuselahn longevity.

Starting with the premise that your claim is absolutely and completely correct, then crafting evidence to support that claim while dismissing all else---this cannot be considered a scientific or even remotely reliable as a source.
