Cue the "but we have the fancy shamcy New Testament with lovey, dovey, hippy drippy Jeebus". But that doesn't wash as know from history how often OT passages have been invoked to justify all manner of Christian atrocities against humanity. Everything from hating gays to killing witches, and condoning slavery.
I'm expecting more of the "That's what God is going to do, not us" kind of thing.

I dont know what I'm more shocked about, that a Muslim would chop someone's head off for Allah or that Brits are known as "mash bangers" (a term I hadn't heard before and wouldn't have understood if someone had called it me)... I think I'll go with mash banger.
