My first guess was a Shirley Temple with extra cherries and an umbrella served in a coconut with a Crazy Straw. I would recommend a bit of rum, but it feels wrong to suggest putting something stiff in a Shirley Temple.

Dunno about you, but a juicebox with one of those looping crazy-straws is plenty fancy for me.
