I am not close minded, I am willing to take other peoples views into account, but everyone seems to get annoyef because I am not Atheist.

Jumping in a bit late, but I'd like to state for the record that, having read your posts, I am quite pleased you are not an atheist. Your demonstrated credulity, arrogance, and poor reasoning is a good fit with the Christians. I'm glad you found the proper herd with whom you can bleat.

By definition, one who will not change their mind is 'closed-minded'.

That is a very convoluted definition with which I disagree. Being open-minded does not mean one is willing to change one's mind, and one who changes his mind due to the opinion of someone else never had any real convictions concerning what he believed.

Ignorance often leads to credulity, arrogance, and poor reasoning. I used to get pissed-off at christians because some of them act like real jerks. Now, my understanding of their ignorance tempers my response to whatever flows from that ignorance, and I am able to be compassionate where I was formerly quite arrogant myself. I turned my own ignorance into understanding.

I would say that's 75% of the real reason why they either thinks he is the antichrist! or is less inclined to dispute when they hear it said that he is the antichrist.
