RE: Back after a stay in a US mental hospital.
Well that is something i will need to take care of asap. However, according to the blood tests at the hospital they did not find any issues with my cholesterol in fact i am healthy despite that. The only other strange thing is I get nauseous very easily from any strenuous activity.

That is strange, it might be a sied-effect of antidepressant medication? Because you have a high iron count and a high RBC count there shouldn't be (I'm assuming) any possiblity that you are O2 deficient. Anyway good luck figuring it out.

I was at one twice this year. They're so fucked up. They're the antithesis of theraputic. For a long time I wanted to go bomb and shoot up the hospital I was kept at, or better yet stab them all.

My best wishes on your full recovery.

Life has been really hard, inside that place it really helped me gain a lot of perspective. Something I doubt I would have learned these lessons with out it. Depression can be fatal, I never want to be that close. I mean it was way to close.

We don't pity you, many of us know all too well what it's like and we genuinely care. Do me a favor, don't be like me and think "oh I'm stable now, it's all over". See a therapist and start working through your issues with them.

Ps. I noticed you were gone and I'm so so glad you made it back to us. Heart
