Sure, an a nice way to suggest that would be:

"You know MusiclovingAtheist, the college probably has counselors that help with the overwhelming stress of college. It's too big of a loss to miss out on your college years due to being over stressed."

a rude way of saying it would be

"you need professional help."

Oh. OK. Let's talk about rude:

They shouldn't have the right to not be exposed for the simpletons that they are.

People don't like the music you listen to, people don't like what you think. So they try to tell you that you are absolute garbage. They often think that they're in the right just because they are in the majority.

I hate these people.

Why can't people just fuck off and leave other people alone? What's ironic is people act like they're so fucking concerned about others. The irony is that they say the things they say to make the other person upset. If you were concerned about me then you would be nice. They're not fucking concerned about me though. People are stupid animals that operate mostly on emotions. I fucking hate how people can be such fucking pricks.

There's nothing I can do about it though. All I can do is try to force the most hateful thing I can think of back down their throats. In the society we live in we can't actually hurt each other because of all the red tape. If I lived in the wild or in the woods or something I would probably be either dead, or maimed the fucking shit out of tons of people. I can't stand this world that I live in right now. I just wish people would be kind. I'm so fucking sick of putting up with assholes. These types of people are fucking worse than garbage. They're fucking worse than a big sewer full of acrid shit.

... and these are just a few I randomly clicked on when I searched MLA's posts.

Imposing death and risk of suffering on your biological children without their consent is selfish and unethical. Please love your unborn children and don't procreate.

So deal with it in PMs, instead of waving his very dirty laundry where I can smell it Smile

Not if she was a particularly talented choir girl.

Or, conversely... an atrociously terrible passionless thing that won't shut off the bloody soundmaker Thinking That'd be putting her to right good use Sleepy

RE: How can you say "take responsibility for your life"?
Depression is a hard cycle to break. Sometimes people do break it, and sometimes people don't. I had serious problems when I was younger, and I learned one thing that helped a lot: you need to get control over SOMETHING in your life. In my case, I became vegetarian, because that was something other people couldn't take away by negativity. Once I had that foothold, I started decorating and keeping my room clean, organizing my college notes, etc.

But to be honest, depression is understood well now. If you live in a developed country, and you have it good enough to be attending college, then the level of drama you are showing is probably internally generated. Go to the nurse, get a referral to a counselor, and consider medication.

It's not your fault. But you'll have to take steps on your own-- at the very least, the decision to seek medical help.
