Sorry to nitpick but actually it's not. It's generally about convincing a wider audience as to the validity of your claims and subsequent evidence. Convincing your opponent might just be a bonus.

ToE seeks to explain a fact (evolution). I noticed in one of your earlier poste you made reference to the factor of time and the relative evolutionary dominance of humans in a small time compared to other species that have been around for millions of years more.

It may have been highlighted already but it doesn't make sense to talk about one species as 'more evolved' than another. We're all a product of the evolutionary pressures to adapt to the environments we find ourselves in, and hence species that do that and do adapt gain the greater chance to survive relative to those that don't.

But as others have suggested, it'd be really good if you want to learn more about it to do so in a professional educative environment. Evolution is complex but needless to say it's the foundation of an entire field of natural science be as such could never be summarized to a parsimonious degree necessary to elucidate properly. THe evidence out there for TOE is overwhelming and very well documented.

Most reasonable people agree on a few principles:
1. That everything has a beginning and an end.
2. That by observing repeatable occurrences the laws of physics are true.

I hope that we can all agree that evolution and adaptation do exist in nature. All living creatures (animals and plants alike) can adapt to conditions over time. Bacteria evolves into bacteria, fish evolve into fish, primates evolve into primates, etc.
