The video's interesting but hardly conclusive proof of anything other than lights - reflection, or whatever.

I'd be interested if the one claimed to be so "low all of Vegas would see it" ever materialised . . . ?

So why in the freaking hell would you use the personal near-death-experiences of other individuals as proof for your conclusions? You're correct, using personal experience to justify your beliefs to others is utterly irrelevant, but not as irrelevant as using the personal experiences of other people.

Of course not.

Personal testimonies are proof only to the person making the claims.

I could say I had a vision of Odin telling me he wanted me for a Valkyrie and I wouldn't expect anyone else to believe me.

Unfortunately, many of the religious want the rest of us to believe based on their testimonies.

Yeah, that was some crack investigative journalism. "If I hadn't seen it for myself . . . yadda yadda." Did it occur to Edward R. Murrow to -- oh, I don't know -- check with the air traffic control tower at the airport to see if they could verify any unusual radar activity during that time?
