MERGED: The Case for the Resurrection of Jesus Christ (Part 1) & (Part 2)

You're close, but to get to H_M levels of self satisfied smuggery, you'll also have to take any response at all, regardless of content, as a victory as well. After all, anything's a victory if you designate yourself as the only one allowed to judge whether something is or is not a legitimate point. Just dismiss whatever anyone says as "X-babble" and don't forget to remind everyone at every opportunity, in the most evasive ways possible, that you're winning things just so good, you guys.

Typical mod-babble. Like the Jews during the holocaust my ideas are being unfairly targeted and singled out in a hypocritical, megalomaniacal system designed to keep your mod biases as safe as possible.

I hate the rofl smiley. I think it drains my phone battery and it does cause headaches.

Meh, you're just saying that because you have to, as your regular user belief system, which denies even the possibility of moderators, demands it. But how can you even argue that point when you haven't explained how the forum came to be in the first place? ROFLOL

Whew, it feels good to win all of the arguments, ever! My evangelizing for the moderators is going so well against you chumps! ROFLOLROFLOLROFLOL

*user hat on*
Come on, guys... don't make fun of the guy... I admit it's fun and easy... but...
Let's be adults, here!
He's clearly heavily indoctrinated which makes his mind particularly incapable of processing what we say... and what science says.... and, well, anything that goes against the holy book.
Mocking just makes him close up and repel our point of view even more.
Who knows how much charisma he has in real life? Maybe he's the kind of guy that can gather a crowd around him and pass on his indoctrinated views... and his distrust of the opposite views.
But if he's shown that the opposite players are kind and warm people, he'll have a much harder time convincing himself and others that these opponents are "evil".

Mock the idea, not the person.

Honest, the worst thing about that smiley are the slip-ons. WTF?
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

W-wait... if you only just now put your user hat on, how did you ever post here before now? If a mod hat indicates that the poster is acting as a mod, then if you aren't wearing your user hat, wouldn't that entail that you weren't a user at that moment? And non-users don't have active accounts, so...

I get the feeling this rabbit hole goes deep. Tongue
