Hey I've had to make the decision to lose a match and go to the bathroom or just cramp up and finish the game in more than one occasion. And I am not even a professional gamer. If it means winning serious prize money they will keep at it.

Just using a PC I can neglect creature comforts - If I'm into something bodily functions take a back seat... when I stop I can suddenly realise it's 6am; bloody freezing and fark I need the loo... then the hunger/ thirst kicks in..
