Good earth forbid that I should ever side with the 'other side', but I also take issue with the accuracy of radiometric dating. This is not to suggest that I even remotely in my wildest delusions would ever think the earth is 6000 years old, but the problem with radiometric dating is that we do not know the initial state of the sample. We assume, we extrapolate, but we do not know.
