Well...not sure I would expect anything less from Oklahoma. The whole center of the US could be called "dumbfuckastan".

What conservatives have always meant by small government is less consumer protection, welfare, affirmative action, or regulation of big business. More criminal laws and larger prisons they are for provided that the ownership of guns isn't included in the mix. And larger military build up somehow isn't part of the government.
If there is a god, I want to believe that there is a god. If there is not a god, I want to believe that there is no god.
They are Jenny, in short, full of shit.
I've no way to prove this (why should be obvious) but given the large number
of laws, regulatory agency policies and rules currently extant, isn't everybody infringing on some law at all times? It was a dark joke at the airport that any time an FAA inspector wanted to ground an aircraft he could and for valid cause. With enough rules, some of which contradict others, some of which (obstruction, disorderly conduct) are open to interpretation, it's impossible to obey them all. It leads to selective enforcement being necessary and gives more power to the officer doing the enforcing. More power to do wrong generally leads to more wrong being done.
So how, exactly, does God know that She's NOT a brain in a vat?

How the fuck did an anti-KKK law get passed in Oklahoma 100 years ago ?

This is just a guess but probably there was significant Catholic immigration to Oklahoma. 100 years ago the Klan hated Catholics because of Irish immigration. This is partly why they became unpopular even when the US (and rest of the world) was full of racists. ![]()
Even ministers in Oklahoma know how stupid this bill is.

"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great
