Erm, no. No one has ever made a coherent definition of God that I have seen. All I hear is vague notions about what he did, what his powers are, and why he cannot be detected in any way at all.
Sorry but I think I'm done with you, I'm tired of not getting any answers ever. I really don't know why you're here, it's not to test your faith. Feel free to send me a private message.

Denial doesn't change a thing. You judging me on morals, Christian or not is laughable. Actually I think it's a shame that anyone spend eternity in hell, I hate the thought, if I wanted to gloat I wouldn't need to post for five years, but then you don't care to understand, do you.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

You are only wanting to back out because you can find no excuse to defend your need for absolute proof. GC

You need to be able to demonstrate something repeatedly before its convincing to a sceptic. Multiple testimonies might be a starting point, but investigation is then needed. No one gave you authority to determine what is and is not evidence, and I don't care if you find it convincing. Quote:The claim someone loves you is not falsifiable. You could discover them behaving in ways that demonstrate they don't, like you find them cheating on you. I'm not talking about absolute truths here. I'm talking about having access to some sort of test or data.OK, now you acknowledge that a claim does not necessarily need to be falsifiable in order to be reasonably assessed. That's progress. Quote:Can anyone even define God in a coherent way? I don't think we even got that far. Or spirituality, ghosts, anything you like. Here's one dictionary definition: a supernatural being, who is worshipped as the controller of some part of the universe or some aspect of life in the world or is the personification of some force
Again..nobody is asking for absolute proof, you absolute twat.

It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence. RE: Can you make a God claim?

I made a typo, the claim someone loves me is not unfalsifiable. There's plenty of things I would consider good evidence that someone does not love me.
No I don't make the standards of evidence, the scientific community does. They separate substantiated claims from made up stuff. Feel free to send me a private message.
