If god exists, is religion the very thing that pisses him off so much? Does the fact that his fan club uses his name for the sake of their vanity anger him so?

Look at the world currently and Islam for a religion to claim they are peaceful they sure are not acting like it. Besides religion brings out the worst in humanity something that really needs to change or people just get sick and tired of made up stories.

Full time Christians may be able to answer better, but I think in Christianlogic, religion is a consequence of the fall - once Adam and Eve had messed up, we in principle had the ability to tell good from bad, and there was no going back. We are all guilty anyways. And then we needed Christ to redeem us. But yeah, why the need for further instructions and commandments if we have "the skill"?
