Literally anyone.

Based on?

Based on the basic principle of Hitchens' Razor, but more on the fact that you don't get to tell me I can't.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

just so we are clear, are you stating that extra terrestrial life doesn't exist?

If you've seen Christians eating their own feces during a secret communion ritual - who can tell you that you didn't?

If you've seen Jesus performing oral sex on Charles Manson - who can tell you that you didn't?

If you've seen the Pope rape a thousand babies - who can tell you that you didn't?

How about - a psychiatrist?

Nope. He's stating that there's no credible evidence that extra-terrestial life has traversed millions of light-years to play "hide and seek" with mentally disturbed people...

Exactly, the point is, are you so malleable to be convinced by someone that you didn't see what you observed with your own eyes?

No credible evidence?
Using your own logic, how did life start on earth? and is it not possible that life started in the same way on other planets?

Is it also not possible for that life to have "evolved" to be more technologically advanced than we are?

It's "possible" doesn't mean - it happened. There could be a great number of civilizations at various stages of development all over the universe. And they could still not be able to detect one another. Universe is really, really big. Bigger than you can imagine.
It's not strictly impossible that some "aliens" came around Earth at some point, but it's at least equally possible that they haven't. Until there's an actual proof - as opposed to ranting of crazy and/or uneducated attention-seekers who watched too much sci-fi - there's no reason to assume aliens are here right now.

Yes. Because I'm not crazy and I know my eyes and even my brain can deceive me. That's why we have science, which is based on replicable experiments and evidence.

The point is that there is no credible evidence. It's gullible to believe anything anyone tells you as long as it is possible. You'd have to believe almost anything. The rational thing to do is to not believe any claim until there is actual evidence backing that claim beyond reasonable doubt.

Really? You do realize that one species of animal has never been observed to evolve into a completely different species, nor has it ever been replicated, yet you believe it's possible.

For some people it's all about reading tea leaves. For others it's in the stars and their alignment at birth.

Bible xtians divine meaning by studying scripture the way lawyers study the law. They seek objective, holy marching orders.

Social xtians enjoy the communal experience of a shared brotherhood of rituals. They like belonging to a special, chosen group.

Some xtians believe in direct, intra-personal revelation of the presence of god which they associate with the bible since that is their culture.

A few xtians don't literally believe anything in the bible but find meaning in the stories on a strictly allegorical level.

It is pretty hard to boil down all of it to one simple description.

No. I believe it's factual - because of fossil and DNA evidence. UFOs are only "possible", because there isn't any evidence.
Also - scientists are educated and in agreement regarding evolution - when they come up with another alternative explanation for the origin of species, or even the presence of "aliens" - I'll consider it. UFO-proponents are... errr... less educated (at best) and tell incoherent and contradicting stories, so I don't see why I should treat them with the same seriousness - unless they have ACTUAL (and pretty extraordinary, considering the claims) EVIDENCE. Which they don't.
