The explanation/apology offered is ludicrous and offensive in regards to the 'ape in heels' part.
Better to cop to being a racist than to pony up something at that level of lame. The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
I've noticed that time and again with these fuckers, V. They don't mind being racists ( or sexists, or fascists, or nazis, etc.) They just hate it when someone calls them that.

Even to my homo viewpoint, Michelle is smoking hot.
While Sarah Palin was openly noted to be a 'MILF', I'd suspect Michelle's popularity amongst the 'MILFers' was actually higher, the sentiment just wasn't voiced as often. And for guys that are attracted to brains and beauty, she's the bees knees. Barrack and Michelle definitely have a Christie Brinkley/Billy Joel angle, rarely remarked on, but still there. I could see a few different choices in Michelle's life story and she would have been a nationally known figure without ever meeting Obama.
