I'm pretty sure you missed the sarcasm and the adorable little eye roll he did when he said that.

More and more, we are seeing the "Falling away" spoken of in the scripture.
Those words are usually translated "Rebellion" and these so called leaders, which you guys applaud are personally fulfilling the prophecy.

There's nothing I want to see more than religious people falling away from their traditional beliefs and stances. If you finally have a prophecy that comes true, I really hope it's this one.

Can you explain that in detail, professor? Thinking

See? The prof doesn't think these gay-lovin' Christians are True Christians. How could they be? God hates figs and all.

As won't many others...

Thanks guys, you are always good for getting me a laugh.

OK, the verse which follows that little phrase, is-
"and that man of sin be revealed whom the Lord will destroy with the breath of His mouth"........
So the sequence is, an apostasy (translated thus in some translations), then the AC is revealed.
NOTE: he currently is not yet revealed to the world in general!
But- the time frame is now, and I have told you before exactly who he is.
(God will do nothing, except He reveal His secrets to His servants the prophets- is a principle).

The falling away is occurring within the ranks of Christians.

These are professing Christians, like Rick Warren (for example, who is part of an abomination called Chrislam), who are "following their own star - so to speak ( a satanic star).
It is a rebellion against the biblical precepts which are plain in the bible.
You can not have an apostasy without having had, at one time, the truth.

Yes, prof, that cuts both ways. Although I'm never sure if I should laugh or cry when I read one of your posts.

And as far as apostasy goes, I'm sure, you don't cut your hair or beard, you don't eat shellfish or shrimp and you never wear cloths of two different fabrics. That's all considered an abomination by the lord and it's all found in Leviticus just like the part of man should not lie with man.
