It isn't too good.
These numerical significances are found in the bible.
This is not gematria, which Hebrew letters have a corresponding number value.
What it indicates is the person who is number 44 - in the place where he is, is actually a judgement on the world.
He will bring much more evil than he has so far.
The world wanted him and him the world got him, he promised Change, without specifying the kind of change.
