I tend to really switch it up. I just ordered pizza for the first time in a fe weeks. Papa John's, the most local place. One large pepperoni and onion, and one large Hawaiian BBQ Chicken. Both have been quite good!
I do not like olives or mushrooms. I can't think of anything else I actively avoid.

Naan flat bread drizzled with olive oil and garlic. Add some cheese, small cubes of Mediterranean seasoned steak, mushrooms, onions and sweet peppers. Add a little more cheese on top and bake at 450 until the cheese is bubbly.
Not really pizza, but damn it's good!
