I would also add, there is wisdom, that when we become of good intention, our fight against evil in ourselves, is not our fight of our good against our own evil, but the snares of an enemy. This way the fight against evil is not just a fight against your own thoughts, but that of an enemy trying to misguide you. Guarding against Satan by the most best in intentions brings about rank, and seeking refuge in God through his name in all that brings about a honor and beauty.

I think without Satan and his army,  it would be a lot easier to attain to virtue and righteousness, but it would not be a guarantee, but it would be harder to attain the higher ranks.

The difficulty in people being misguided and falsehood obeyed, is due spiritual nature of the attacks on the soul.  

But God allowed this so that we seek refuge in him through his name,  build strength to repel his attacks, and fight back with the sword of God and sword of honor, and build a relationship with God not possible without this hard trial and battle between good and evil.

I think one of the obvious manifestation to me of Satan is how despite verses in Quran of clear guidance, people ignore them and are oblivious to them, and go against them, and are blind to them. They cannot recite the true recitation or accept the verses in their place, because there is something that wants them to go against and not see. 

The blindness to the spiritual kingdom is also of Satan. Despite our connection, our inheriting our evil and good action in the unseen, and the nature of blessings, people are oblivious to the Lord of the worlds and his constant lordship on people and taking them into account.

I think the trial would be too easy for humans were it not for Satanic forces, because, we been created on the best nature, and we would not be able to bring the potential of that best nature without him.

I feel Satan is an open enemy, and if you realize every time you are try to get guided, and try to be good, yet there is something trying to bring our rank down, cause us to be worse than we are...and so why would ourselves do this to ourselves? Why would we want ourselves to be more evil and why would our mind which is devoted for our well being whisper to us all sorts of things that make us uneasy, go against our peace, and cause us disgrace.

Satan is an open enemy, he and his forces, are to be fought with full force.

God helps those who seek his help and those who help his cause in my opinion. One reason he let us be oppressed by Satan and his army, is that we rely on the one who helps the distressed one and removes the evil, and the one who helps us against the injustice of his enemy. It's to manifest his name as the best patron and helper. We would not know God's station as the best helper without this battle against Satan and his forces.

But in a way you are right...God could win by helping...I wouldn't call his help cheating though.

Well if that's the case i have some serious regrets about being created for my own sole purpose in this life is to help him with his own problems.

If the universe is God's server, he is the admin and we are just the players...why exactly doews he need us for anything? We're talking about a being who can do literally anything he desires here. With a simple snap of his fingers he could make Satan. his demons, and all the evil in the world vanish from existence. Yet he doesn't. Either this is because he does not exist, and absolutely zero evidence so far suggests that he does, or he is not as almighty and powerful as he likes to brag about - and he really does like to mention that...or at least, your holy books do.

It's to bring about his favor on us, and give us honor in actions not possible without this trial. He doesn't need the world, but he wishes to help those who help him, so he can be known to be as the best Patron and helper on who take his side against his enemy (Satan and his forces).

And that we rely on God in a manner that is not possible without this hard trial against evil, and by it attain a special relationship to God.

The better relationship to God being the larger the favor. Again, this is from perspective that God is the best reward.

I'm not quite getting what you're saying. Are you saying that there is no physical evidence of these witches, demons etc?
