I'm down for trying both of those.
SQ- I was worried about not having the ratio control as well, but it hasn't really been an issue. In fact, most of the problem is in making it too dark (that exists). And, as far as wasteful goes, I'm not sure yet. Part of the reason for getting the keurig was pouring out too much coffee at the end of the pot, and people wanting coffee at different times. I do think it has to be wasting some coffee, but I haven't worked it out. It's definitely saving on water.
Has anybody tried an espresso grind in a reusable k-cup? Wonderin' if the grinds can get through the screen.
