Kitan is spot on, in my opinion and I totally agree. This forum allows me a certain freedom to speak the way I want to because in the "real world" most Xians would not be so accepting of my opinions about religion. At least here, I share a similarity with others in that department and I am free to go about voicing my thoughts without being told that I will be prayed for because I need to find the cloud jumping, magical sky daddy.

I occasionally, though more rarely these days, spend time on a forum dedicated to the building of replica Dalek props - yes, such things do exist. Guess what? The people there do almost nothing else except talk about aspects of Dalek design. Guess they must do precisely that all the time in real life, huh?

Judi, you in no way are close to being an average atheist. I have atheist friends who not once have tried to start shit on Facebook with their religious friends. You're on par for being the average American, but not for being an average atheist. It's people like yourself that make atheists look bad.
