I would definitely practice voodoo. First off, all the spices and concoctions smell fantastic. Second, all the crafting! It would be just such a stress relief making all of that stuff. And third, I imagine it's very empowering.
And also, you get to be that creepy neighbor that everyone leaves alone. If I could believe in something spritual, I'd go for that.

I think that sounds like a fascinating choice,
but it's for people with self-discipline.
I know that personally I would get lazy
and that stuff would end up under a pile of clothes.

For the theists, if you no longer believed or never did believe in your faith, what spiritual path would you follow or would you instead being non-religious?
For myself, I would follow the old Celtic faith. Not sure I would actually believe it, but I would probably follow it to be closer with my natural surroundings and perhaps encounter nature of a mystical level. Not a big fan of how New Age has bastardized the old ways to fit into a commercialized way of life. In a way, I kind of do some of that already as I have Native American religious icons in my room.
I wouldn't. That's like asking if I had to choose to get my arm or my leg hacked off, which would it be? All religion is stupid and I refuse to be stupid.
There is nothing demonstrably true that religion can provide mankind that cannot be achieved as well or better through secular means.

Oh and to answer the OP, I would most certainly be pagan.

Nothing wrong with a bit of neck romance.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'
