One of the games I tried out for free on the ipad has turned out to be quite interesting. It's an online CCG, which is quite different to the usual m:tg model. It appears incredibly simple to begin with, but quickly gets quite deep and interesting.
It's called Earthcore. Not sure what other platforms it is on. It appears to be totally free to play, with the usual option to pay to buy cards quicker which I never do. Feel free to send me a private message.

I'm still very much into RPGs.
Since my pen and paper buddies from the 80ies all grew up and I'm the only child left, I play them on my computer. The last year has been rather good with Divinity Original Sin and Pillars of Eternity being released. There's even another one on the horizon called Sword Coast Legends.
Sandbox type games, rpgs and point-and-click stuff. Mostly to take my mind off things. Not a huge video game nerd, tbh
love the rts and fps games.
My rig is always beefed up ...I've been running water cooling since before it was cool... The Graphics card is the single most important component if you want to play these types of games.
