We are only a year and a half apart in age, so we were very close growing up.  I know my sister's eyes.  Being a gay guy with a sister made us very close.  

I honestly believe that her religious beliefs have imprisoned her.

What does she say? Did she respond? Posting on her FB wall to me seems like a strangely impersonal and public way to engage in this kind of conversation.

I seriously doubt fb is a good way to get through to her. A face-to-face talk is often a lot better.

I agree, except that we live in separate states of the U.S.

A phone call might be the next best option, except that I abhor speaking on those contraptions.

Email is probably better.
