Rand Paul seems to be the only GOP candidate that gets this issue right; hell, his foreign policy positions are superior to Clinton's in my opinion. He would have to change his tune on other issues before I would consider him though. I'm not going to hold my breath.

Rand Paul is one strange duck. He'll say things that are refreshing to hear from a GOP candidate, like cutting the defense budget or drug legalization...but then goes right off the deep end with the other 70% of his stuff.
