It would be better if this came from someone other than Chris Mathews. The guy constantly interrupts and attempts to force the person to say what he wants them to say. He's like a dirty prosecutor trying to coerce a confession. It amazes me anyone agrees to be interviewed by him.

I'm old enough to remember when we gave politicians the benefit of the doubt. It didn't work out so well. Perhaps if they weren't so dissimulative, the press would not be so aggressive? I don't trust politicians who only agree to softball interviews. You shouldn't either.
