Good point Watters!
You know sometimes when you're drinking and having fun, you say "time flies".
That's because time gets warped by the curvature of the glass you're drinking from.

What! You didn't know!

Indeed it does.

Thanks a lot "god". When I'm enjoying myself, the time flashes by. When I'm unhappy or in pain, time drags out to highlight every second. Not the best system.
