That was my thought on the interview, too. He made a lot of blanket statements.
I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:
"I don't hang around with mostly men because I'm gay. It's because men are better than women. Better trained, better equipped...better. Just better! I'm not gay."
For context, this is the previous verse:

Seeing that transgender- and sex change issues were already part of our biology class back in 1973 when we were ten year olds and just starting our european equivalent of high school, I can't understand why this is still an issue to be debated. Hell, even Iran is lenient on transgender people and that is really saying a lot.

Same here (not the same european schooling but the same wonder why people get so up in arms about transgender people).

Well, it's opposing. I intend to read his site to see if there is any strength to his argument, and to see if there is anything I should adjust in my beliefs and knowledge on the subject.

Normally, I would have dismissed his arguments immediately, but, admittedly, the fact that he is ex-transgender (had the operations), and claims to have a website full of similar accounts made me more interested in his arguments, if not, just his take on it.

Arguments for what, though? Hell, there are websites full of people who were 'formerly gay' too, and all sorts of other nonsense.
Even if plenty of people had sex-reassignment surgery and regretted it, so what? What part of 'to each their own' does that change?
