Could it be that the bible was written by men, some with selfish motives?

In some more extreme cases rubbing one out as opposed to love with your partner can cause a feeling of being unwanted by that partner and eventually cause real marital problems.

1 yes + 1 no = yes;
1 no + 1 yes = yes;
1 yes + 1 yes = yes;
1 no + 1 no = no;

The only time it's okay to say no is if both say no. Otherwise, even if you don't want it, you have to consent. Reminds me of a 4-letter word that starts with an 'r...' hmm... what is it... ... ...

Sarcasm aside, is there a reason this verse isn't discussed as much as the other verses?

I think this verse is just as important as the others. It's another one that needs to be talked about. But I don't see it as often as the others.

That's not what I got but, if someone was completely rebellious in a negative manner towards all good then he would be a burden on life and surely commit atrocities so yeah for the greater good and to limit suffering in the future I could almost understand it. I would prefer to read it for myself. Where can I find it in text?

Well played. But the problem still remains that it still says we don't have authority over our own bodies but yield them to our spouse. Sounds like the verse is contradicted by the next verse. "Your spouse owns your body, not you. You must submit. Don't deprive each other because you'll be tempted by Satan. But that's just a suggestion." Makes no sense to me.
