It happened 2 days ago,God came into my dreams.Turns out i'm related to one of his disciples.He wouldn't tell me who though,he said that through time i will find out.He told me that i was one of the few special people that he has chosen to communicate with things regarding his few "tweaks" to his older rules.He told me that he wanted me to tell his followers the "updated" rules.Strangely he was okay with me being an Ignostic,he said that it was my path,that i would encounter something in the future that will change my faith in him completely.

So anyway,i've just told you what God wanted me to tell you.He told me that i would encounter a person named "alpha male" in my newly joined Atheist forum(atheistforums.org),i was actually waiting for you.Now that i've told you and shared my knowledge of the God Almighty,i'm finally at peace.
I am however given the task of spreading the knowledge as fast as i can though,so my job isn't entirely complete.I advice you to propagate the knowledge i just handed over to you as he told me that whoever doesn't comply with his request will face eternal damnation.

1. If you were an atheist tomorrow, how would you change the rest of your life? Personality, morals, etc.

I don't think this is a simple question, but maybe I could rephrase it.

1.  If it were proven beyond all doubt that there is no God(s) of any religion and naturalism is the answer, how would your life change?

I think I would slip in to depression.  Life would have little meaning, there would be no hope for anything outside of this world.  But its difficult to say what would happen in all honesty.  No one can truly answer these types of questions accurately until put in that situation.

OK, if you insist on a simple answer: I wouldn't read the Bible, pray, or post on this site. I'd give less to charity and be less forgiving.

I actually do read the bible from time to time. Some of the stories are interesting and they have influenced our culture but I read a lot of mythology. You might read the bible if you were an atheist but the way you read it would probably change.

I am sorry that you would slip into a depression. One of the reasons that I don't try to deconvert people is that I don't know how loss of faith would influence their emotional state. Some people need a religion and god.

Do you wonder why atheists aren't all depressed?

I basically did what Bible did.You choose to disbelieve me using your reasoning ability but chooses to believe in Bible blindly.

I was an atheist (not a miso theist) till my mid twenties.

From then to now my life has made draumatic changes, but not all at once. Drank, Smoked (the good kind) porn, chasing girls, lie, cheat, thief, gambled, thought if I did more good than bad I was an 'ok person.'

I changed but not over night. Not because I felt pressure or had too, I wanted to change. the more I changed the more content I was with what I already had. Contentment is the foundation in which true joy and happiness is laid. That is what the above list was all about. tring to find joy and happiness.
