Why care indeed.

I think I've figured it out. Supernatural beings are allergic to sceptics.

"Supernatural" is the free plugin you get when you've successfully completed your religious indoctrination course.
To get this bonus it deletes the "logic" algorithm as they are incompatible.

But it does it without asking you ... think of it as spyware of the mind!

Supernatural is what happens when 'natural' gets bitten by a radioactive spider.

I don't much care what definition they use, I'll kick the crap out of the claim regardless for the inevitable logical fallacies. And again like God, the people who argue for its existence I suspect don't really know what they are even describing.

Any definition which includes our current inability to explain it is stupid; just call it unexplained and stop trying to smuggle in extra mystery points. Similarly, saying it "breaks the laws of nature" is stupid because we have no definitive list of what the laws of nature are. It would just an unexplained apparent problem with our model of the laws.

Nature doesn't mean "Stuff we understand". Or if it does, that's a stupid definition.

So you're an isupernaturalist?

Lol, something like that! I find the usual dictionary definitions to be pointless.

People don't know what the fuck they're talking about. They change the rules to how this "special" stuff works to fit any situation.

That's why I don't care for verbal disputes. Both parties will quote dictionaries while not understanding there are different types of definitions(ex. stipulative definition vs lexical definition) and what the goals of dictionaries are, many dictionaries just describe how many people use a word not how they should use it.
