Prior to natural birth, the first breath, and ensoulment, it's heinous ?
Huh?
Please explain.
The bold is curious to me? I assumed you to be atheist and not believing in a soul, but if you are just saying that because we are speaking from a theistic point of view, I can't speak for CL, but I believe (and in the Bible) that the "ensoulment" is at conception, not first breath. Also, the heart of a fetus starts beating 18 days after conception. I don't want to derail the thread to discuss souls because there are current threads out there on it, but I found this part interesting.
We are not made happy by what we acquire but by what we appreciate.

Yes, because we are still human beings, even before "natural" birth and before we take our first breath. Though I'm not sure what you mean by ensoulment.
BTW, does a C-section or induced labor count as natural birth?

Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

Why aren't the edicts, strictures, rules, commandments and pronouncements from the Bible in usage here?
Why can't we get a damn Literalist here explaining Biblical Christianity instead of apostates, heretics and blasphemers ?
At least all the atheist scum st AF is honest, why can't we get some religious people similarly inclined ?
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

My answer is that the Church comes before the bible.

You're a nice lady, but do you realize how close you are to OUR side here at AF ?

Please link if they don't delete it. I remember posing as a "True Christian" as Mr.Snuggles, I believed in the fourinity on it.
Jesus, God, the Holy Spirit and the Flying Spaghetti Monster.
I even "prayed" for people to the Flying Spaghetti Monster, and instructing them to feed their parents with cancer a steady diet of Noodles and dress them up in a Pirate Costume.
Somehow, I didn't get the hell spammed out of me.
I only got banned. Apparently Christians who believe in the Flying Spaghetti Monster aren't real Christians. Friggin Bigots. xD

Yes. All abortion is, imho. And I know you don't want to hear that, but it would be inconsistent/dishonest of me to say that some are ok and some aren't, when I strongly believe all human life is precious with no exception.
So, even though I would have likely died if I had carried to term, it's heinous? You just said all life is precious. A cluster of cells is more precious than the life I've been forging for thirty eight years?
Here's the the thing that I didn't tell you: the fetus was dead when I aborted it because my body isn't ideal for pregnancy. I was told at the age of twenty-two that I'd likely never even get pregnant, let alone carry a pregnancy to term, and if I tried, I'd be putting my life at major risk. Because of that, when I did get pregnant, I had a hard time deciding what to do, and when I made my decision and went to get an abortion, they told me the fetus was dead- I planned on aborting anyway.
Was my abortion heinous?

I'm not sure what you mean. Obviously, I'm a "heretic" to any religion that is not my own. I have not said a single thing that is heretical to my faith.
Thanks for the compliment, btw.

You/your church are maintaining they know better than God.
Kinda offensive from what should be your POV, no ?
