Give me credit for not getting on the 6 o' fucking clock news with it.
The god who allows children to be raped out of respect for the free will choice of the rapist, but punishes gay men for engaging in mutually consensual sex couldn't possibly be responsible for an intelligently designed universe.

The author may be a little confused as to why you just didn't ask him, but you posted a minimal portion of text that was devoid of any personally identifiable information....he'll live.

Yep. It's a fairly common expression over here, at least. Basically you ask someone to do something for you - fetch a beer or whatever - and they respond with that. It can also be employed with the word "servant". It's humorous banter, of sorts. I like to reply to the question of what the servant/slave died from with "nothing - yet. They've all done as they're told".
But the publication of private conversation? Yeah, you don't want to do that.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

If it was me, I'd be pissed off. If you suspect I was being offensive with something I said, ask me about it. Don't go making a public specetacle about it when you can get the meaning straight from the horse's mouth, even if you don't mention my name. That's one of my pet peeves. It's like the guy at work that has a problem with you and goes to the boss with his grievances instead of just talking you directly about it.

"What did your last slave die of?" is a pretty common smart-ass phrase made towards somebody who's being bossy to you. It works better in real time, and even seems less insensitive. That being said, I know I would never use it, but that's probably due to my sensitivity, having been brought up in the US. I can imagine someone being from another country, and the intent of the phrase being to keep a bossy person in check, not thinking this would be as insensitive as it came across, especially in a retelling. And if you had not heard the phrase used in context before, it would come off insensitive.
I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:
"I don't hang around with mostly men because I'm gay. It's because men are better than women. Better trained, better equipped...better. Just better! I'm not gay."
For context, this is the previous verse:

What do I know about marriage? I got married by a judge. Should have asked for a jury. To me, the best relationship would be where we live next door to each other, cross the street. I could treat a man like a king then.
