The concept of absolute truth is absolutely meaningless.

I'm still waiting to hear what absolute truth atheists are trying to escape.
Delicate sounds like a beginning philosophy student with a new zinger. Never mind the observation is trivial and the consequences insignificant. All hail the smarmy turn of phrase! Shall we all now boggle over the liar paradox and make silly proclamations about how it means the end of sense. RE: Why atheism cannot escape absolute truth

He seems to have bailed on us for the time being, leaving us hanging in several threads.
I'd have a lot of respect if he admitted to shooting his mouth off, and that he's learned something from the these threads. (He could be a she, I don't know.) Feel free to send me a private message.

Why would we want to escape it?

I fucking love vodka. Tried tequila recently though and loved it. It has the fizziness of cider but tastes kinda lagery - epic.
Nope.
Only spirit I drink is vodka. Playing Cluedo with my mum while I was at Uni: "You did WHAT? With WHO? WHERE???" Actually, I don't hardly drink anymore. I had a margarita a couple weeks back, and then nothing, for like forever.... |
