If that is her... maybe she happens to be a very sentimental person and needs to believe. I hope she's happy, either way.
She's a nice chick. Very friendly.

She was a Christian, then atheist, then agnostic or deist, then atheist, and now a Christian again. I wonder what her experience involved. Anyway, she sounds like me before I finally owned up to my scepticism.
And "switching sides"? Seriously? What are you, 13?
Go fuck yourself. It's just an expression. She switched from an atheist to a theist. That's the other side of the coin, it's the other side of nearly every philosophical/sociological debate that exists, and it's certainly the general Christian view of us.
So... go fuck yourself.
A Christian told me: if you were saved you cant lose your salvation. you're sealed with the Holy Ghost
I replied: Can I refuse? Because I find the entire concept of vicarious blood sacrifice atonement to be morally abhorrent, the concept of holding flawed creatures permanently accountable for social misbehaviors and thought crimes to be morally abhorrent, and the concept of calling something "free" when it comes with the strings of subjugation and obedience perhaps the most morally abhorrent of all... and that's without even going into the history of justifying genocide, slavery, rape, misogyny, religious intolerance, and suppression of free speech which has been attributed by your own scriptures to your deity. I want a refund. I would burn happily rather than serve the monster you profess to love.

Man, hate to think of her switching sides, if that's her. She was actually kinda nice, and a pretty good poster.
Why was? She's not dead, you know. And every person has to find their own way in life. None of our business if she found religion.
I meant she isn't likely to continue participating in the AF/TTA forums, if she is now part of the Christian worldview, not that she died.

"Just an expression" my ass.

Ouch.
Hurts coming from the guy who looks like John Cena's younger, retarded brother.

Maybe.
If it's 32 and she wants to talk about it, she knows where we are. I did talk to 32 on TTA, she recently became Christian, I don't see what the deal is, other than to stir up hate and discontent - like the two peeps above.

But I am more than able to serve it. :-)

I'm older than John Cena, and have a 99th percetile IQ. So... yeah.
I don't know where you get off trying to tell me how I'm allowed to consider the question of whether or not switching (back?) to Christianity means "switching sides", as I'm sure everyone who's not some kind of pedantic little fuckwit would consider it, but it's really just an expression.
She gave up atheism, took up another philosophy (theism, and a virulent branch of it, to boot) which is literally diametrically opposed to my position (atheism).
I really enjoyed talking with Diedre on TTA, and I will miss her participation in future discussions of the topics, and I hate what seems to have driven her to such an emotional extreme. I hate what she's going through, and I hope that she does not damage herself with this coping mechanism she seems to have chosen.
Telling someone they're 13 because they see the loss of a community member, who clearly went to join another community as a result of her decision to reverse her outlook, as "switching sides" is a seriously fucked up thing to say.
I don't know what the fuck is wrong with you, but off is over there. You know what to do.

Hey John, just a suggestion: get over yourself.
People change their minds. They can disagree with you. It's okay.
