I'll assume your quandary is real and extend my deepest sympathy. I am compelled to state the obvious; your would be tormentors think they are acting in accordance with your god's wishes. The fact that your God seemingly condones it should give you pause for thought.

If you've posted your personal information I'm sure you can get a mod or an admin to edit your post. If you're insisting on it being deleted altogether that's likely why your request is being rejected. Without more information none of us can really offer any advice except to keep asking the mods.

thats why you have to be careful about what you put on the internet once its out there its out there for good pictures videos or comments . did you give out your address or personal info why are you so upset?

Calm down. IF you've actually posted something that could compromise you somehow, try not to panic. If you're in damage control mode, you may miss something important if you're a nervous wreck.

Are you certain the content in question can be used to track you? Maybe you should PM the post or at least a description of the type of info in it, to someone you trust and get their take on it. It can be difficult to be objective when you're nervous or frightened. It may not be quite as bad as you think.

Of course, if your safety and/or well-being has already been compromised as a result of said post, you'd be better of contacting the proper authorities.

If there's a bona fide issue of personal safety, exceptions can be made. However, it's not even remotely apparent how the thread in question raises a matter of personal safety.

If you want to PM an explanation of how that thread represents an actual threat to anyone, we'll take it under consideration.

To a person doing online tracking, there was actually a huge hole in the post I wanted edited, enough to get me with ease. I appreciate your advice, despite my appreciation for anonymity online, I don't know how this slipped by..

The tracker I'm worried about is the authorities. One of the worst regimes in my region to be honest; that's why I was "freaking out". Going under their grip is probably the end. There's an arab phrase for that : "going behind the sun". Stuff like "abu-ghuraib" though done by that Arab regime against anybody preaching what I preach and exposing their filth online.

I can almost hear myself in Alec Guiness' voice, "Let go Atlas. Search your feelings". You're so overprotective of your belief that you fail to see that religion is the means by which the tribe is extended and the means of control, not separate from it. How else but religion is it possible to give the mind drippings of an ancient ignorant Arab the force of tribal leader dicta?

Creating false dichotomies (Islam vs. Tribe or religion vs. control) doesn't save you from the fact that religion is the tribe and the means of control.
