Hi all,
I am Ingrid, & I am just another good old fashioned atheist. I was raised with the idea that I would be Christian, but I never belonged to a specific church. I was a casual Christian. It was my sophomore year of high school when I realized all mainstream religions are the same. That is when I questioned my faith in the mainstream idea of God. The aspect I wanted to hold on to is the afterlife part. The idea of living forever in some capacity it appealing. However, sometime later I realized that it is not like it was a big deal before I was born. I just didn't exist at one point and that was fine. Now I am a cool, comfortable atheist hoping to chit chat about a variety of things with substance. Thx! This is also my test post to see if I'm pressing the right buttons.
