I'd guess they are less likely to get an abortion on the whole. And some are against contraception...
I've heard of this group. They take "be fruitful and multiply" to the extreme, as well as the belief that the best way for a woman to serve the lord is through reproduction.
I would assume they'd have more kids because they're against those things, though I don't know of any studies on it. My grandmother is religious, and she only had two children by birth. She adopted another, though that was less about her being a christian, and more about one of her friends being an irresponsible mother who dumped her on my grandmother's doorstep.
