Here is an idea.  If you really want to do this.  Just create a thread.  You will get stray comments (at least from me) but one of you post in blue and one in orange or some such.  Then anyone interested can follow your back and forth.

Personally I have no interest in debate as a format.  (I prefer taking a few pot shots from the side.)  You'll each say a few things which reinforce what you already think but neither of you will be swayed in the least.  You won't be swayed because all he has to offer is bollocks.  He won't be swayed because he doesn't do reason.  Waste of your time most likely, unless you can find some larks in it.

So it appears that I have to first define what God is in order to have a debate on his existence. That's fine. God is easy to define, and I'm not going to change anything from his traditional definition. You won't be surprised, because as I said before, I think we all know what God is, and I think this tactic of demanding a definition is just a typical dodge by atheists. But I will open a new topic so can define God and also lay out other terms for the debate.

Demanding a definition of the thing you're debating is a "typical dodge"?  I dunno, dude, that's kind of a dodgy statement.

We know what God is, you don't. We know God is a product of your imagination, just like every other sky wizard claim in human history. It is up to you to figure that out, we already did.

Anyone still up for debating this guy, after seeing his honesty displayed in its true colours before you start?
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Yep! We all know what god is! That's why there's 30,000 denominations of christianity, plus islam, plus buddhism, plus every other religion and cult in the world, which varies substantially in their conception and definitions of god: because everybody knows what you have in mind when you're talking about god! Are you being serious? You really want to talk about dodging, Mister Two Accounts? Dodgy

If you think that requiring a clear definition of a topic before beginning a debate on it is a dodge, then that casts serious doubt on your claims to win any debates at all, since clearly you've just been jousting around vague topics while attempting to chastise anyone not arrogant enough to presume to know what you're talking about before you've explained yourself. It really does seem like grandstanding is the one trick in your repertoire, but are you seriously going to sit here and shit on people for not just telling you what you think, for relying on you to explain yourself, when you came here looking for a debate?
