And that doesn't extent to just humans, either. My friend just recently found a pregnant stray cat and took her to the vet to get her kittens aborted. She asked me for money to help pay for it because we are both the neighborhood cat ladies. I told her I would gladly help pay for and find homes for the kittens, but that I would not give her any money for the abortion. She went ahead and did it anyway, which made me sad. If we find stray kittens who need help, we take them in, we feed them, we help them. We do that because life is precious and we have a duty to help and protect the weak and vulnerable. But if they are still in their mom's womb we kill them? There is no difference. There shouldn't be.

This is strange. Alleged shooter identifies as woman.

Very true and very good point. I hope I won't offend you by personally thinking that the Sancitity of life, as George Carlin would say, is "a bunch of shit".

Oh no no, that's not murder. That's religious freedom. Stop persecuting Christians would you

Sadly no. Tried it a few times and just couldn't stick to it. But I highly admire it and only buy meets that are organic/humanely raised.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

My Stepdad was a vegan for a few years but in the end it became too difficult maintaining that diet, so now he's a vegetarian.
My brother has been a vegetarian for a while. He mainly misses chicken and bacon. Oh and lamb, that's his favourite meat.
I could probably go pescetarian, I don't see anything unethical about eating fish. But I've got other things on my mind. There are many ways for me to become a more ethical person, and right now I have to eat what I can afford and get, and not fuck with my diet until the future.

Question: do you think it's morally wrong but are okay with it being legal or do you think it should be regulated identically to murder?

That may be your sentiment regarding the situation, but in reality most pro-lifers do not care one iota for the life after it is born.

Truth is, there's quite a number of christians, not giving a shit, once the fetus is out. Not catholics, usually, they're rather found in the evangelical camp. That's also the recruitment pool for most of the violent nutters.
